Attention all Residents

We have been getting many frozen pipe calls. With these cold temps, you will have to make sure your skirting has no holes or spaces for air to get in. Being that there is no snow on the ground, there is no extra insulation around your skirting. Also, make sure your heat tape is plugged in and working (should be a light on it). At some of our locations there is a waiting list to unfreeze pipes. We also will not thaw pipes during an extreme cold day. Keep in mind, frozen pipes are extremely expensive to fix. It is much better to fix the issue causing your frozen pipes-which is most likely a skirting issue or a heat tape issue. Call the office with any questions.
