In 1964, Daniel's oldest son, Ron, took over as owner and president. After serving in the Army, in Vietnam, Ron's younger brother, Gerard, joined Froesel Tire as a partner in 1969. Mitchell, a 39-year employee and nephew of Daniel J. Froesel, and cousin of Ron and Gerard Froesel, acquired the company through an asset purchase. ll, son of Daniel E. Mitchell, is also a minority owner and represents the fourth generation in the Froesel Tire organization. Owners and 30 associates provide a full-service operation with two locations to serve our customers. Several of our sales, management, and service techs have been with the company for more than 10 years. Froesel Tire provides passenger, light truck, truck/bus, OTR, lawn and garden, agricultural, industrial, truck retreads, and specialty tires. Services include passenger and light truck mechanical work, including brakes and shocks and struts. We also have six service trucks for mobile and emergency road service, with 24-hour service available. Our business serves the retail public, commercial, and industrial operations, as well as many state and municipal government agencies.
