🚨Exciting News Alert 🚨
Our apprentice technician Kaleb was recently awarded a new Matco Tools toolbox valued at $5,500 through a competitive program at his school, Ranken Technical College - St. Louis, where he is completing the Automotive Collision program. He is set to graduate next week and will be joining us full-time.
Kaleb has been a part of Dave Mungenast Collision Assistance Center since January 2025. During that time, he has contributed across multiple areas, including our detail, disassembly, and reassembly departments. He has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, often volunteering to arrive early, stay late, and work weekends when needed.
In addition to his work with us, Kaleb serves as a Little League baseball umpire and volunteers his time at his former high school. His commitment both inside and outside of work reflects his character and dedication.
The toolbox award was based not only on technical ability but also on character and work ethic. Candidates were required to submit letters of recommendation from managers, instructors, and peers, and Kaleb stood out among a highly competitive group. This recognition reinforces what we already know—Kaleb is an exceptional individual and a valuable asset to our team.
We are very proud of Kaleb and wanted to take a moment to recognize one of our outstanding employees.
