📢Another update to round out the day: 📢

We are still down with no phones or internet. Keep an eye on our page here for updates as we go. We do have a back up plan for phone usage if we come in to no phones tomorrow. I’ll post that number here tomorrow for anyone who may need to reach us and we will also be using it to update our customers as well.

You can still stop in and see us for estimates, we will write down everything we need and take photos of the damage. Once we regain internet, we’ll get that estimate wrote for you as soon as possible.

Again, our apologies for the delay, and as always, we appreciate your patience with us as we work thru this.

UPDATE:

We are currently experiencing a widespread network outage. This outage is affecting networks across Northeast Michigan and is expected to continue for most, if not all, of today.

As a result, our phones, internet, and other network-dependent services may be unavailable or delayed.

We are going to do our best at reaching out to our customers to update them on repairs throughout the day.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while the provider works to restore service as quickly as possible. We will share updates as they become available.
