**IMPORTANT NOTICE......**

For the safety and security of all boats in the marina, all air conditioning units must be turned OFF whenever you are not aboard your vessel.

Please do not leave your A/C running while you are away. It only takes a few minutes to cool your boat after you arrive, but leaving an unattended A/C unit operating increases the risk of equipment failure and other potential hazards.

Your cooperation with this policy is required and appreciated.

ATTENTION MARINA GUESTS & TENANTS

Fireworks of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere on Marina property.

This policy is in place for the safety of all boaters, guests, vessels, and marina facilities. The possession, use, or discharge of fireworks is not permitted under any circumstances.

Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the marina and/or additional action as deemed necessary by management.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping keep everyone safe.

🌭 HOT DOG DAY IS THIS SATURDAY! 🌭

Just a friendly reminder that Hot Dog Day is happening this Saturday, June 13, 2026!

Stop by the marina, grab a hot dog (or two... or three—we won't judge!), catch up with fellow boaters, and enjoy some fun.

⚓ The Coast Guard will also be on-site conducting complimentary vessel safety inspections. If you'd like your boat inspected, give us a call or stop by the office to add your name to the Coast Guard sign-up list.
