The 2026 Bayview Mackinac Race is proceeding as scheduled. Race organizers continue to closely monitor weather conditions and air quality in coordination with race officials and our fleet surgeon. Our sailors are experienced and regularly prepare for changing conditions so they can make safety decisions for their boats and crew.
The safety of our sailors remains our highest priority, and we are providing the 1600+ sailors with appropriate guidance and recommended precautions based on the latest conditions throughout the event.
