🔥 2008 6.4L Powerstroke BACK ON THE ROAD 🔥

This 2008 Ford 6.4 came to us after the factory water pump failed and tore up the front cover of the engine. We tore it down, got everything cleaned up, and put it back together the right way.

✅ Replaced the damaged front cover
✅ Upgraded to a billet water pump – no more plastic failure points
✅ Swapped out the factory radiator for a full aluminum radiator – better cooling, more durability
✅ Added a few extra goodies while we were in there 😉

At Adrenaline Diesel Performance, we don’t just fix problems — we improve them. While our main focus is on selling quality parts for Powerstroke and Cummins trucks, we do take on a limited number of repairs and custom builds for those who want it done right the first time.

6.4 Powerstroke Update!
We’ve got the front cover off and the cleanup process is officially underway. Years of grime, oil, and buildup don’t stand a chance once we get in there. At Adrenaline Diesel Performance, we don’t just fix—we restore, refresh, and rebuild it right.

When your water pump decides it's over it—
This one came completely apart. Impeller shredded, housing chewed up, and coolant everywhere. Looked like it got into a fight with itself… and lost.

If your truck’s starting to run hot, making weird noises, or leaking from the front—don’t ignore it. Cooling issues only get more expensive from here.

We’ve got a 2008 6.4 Powerstroke in the shop and it’s time to get to work. This round includes a radiator, front cover, and water pump replacement—with a few other goodies on the list to freshen things up under the hood.
