12 years ago, I was sleeping on a couch trying to figure out my next move. I actually missed the phone call for the job because my Obama phone was out of minutes. When it finally renewed and I called back, that call ended up changing my life.

My best friend Ettionne Jarrett helped get me in the door at Landmark, and just a year and a half later I was given the opportunity to step into the manager role. Back then, we were bringing in around $200k annually. Today, we’re on pace to hit $1,000,000 🤑 this year for the first time ever!

I do not take that lightly and I want to give a huge shoutout to Sean Grant for trusting me, believing in me, and giving me the opportunity and the vision to grow. Not everybody gets that kind of chance, and I’m grateful for it every single day.

Just as important — thank you to every employee who has been part of this journey. Past and present. The people who showed up, worked hard, stayed committed, and helped build this with us. We don’t reach this level without the loyalty, effort, and pride of the team.

From a couch… to missing the call… to helping run a company on pace for a million.

Proud of where we came from. Even more excited for where we’re going.

Keep pushing. Keep building. Stay loyal. More than a detail shop 💪🏾
