Customer reached out about having us machine some mounts for his kickeraudio speakers for his boat. Although they were originally designed to be mounted on a tube wakeboard rack, he had an overhead flat panel he wanted to install them on. Couple of sketches later and 2 chunks of drop alum we made a bunch of chips and turned it into something cool! Fully functional, ecstatically pleasing and one of a kind!

🔥 C6 CORVETTE TORQUE TUBE — CUSTOM LENGTHENING 🔥

Another Corvette torque tube in the shop—this time, a C6 getting some additional length.

We added 13.5 inches to the torque tube housing and prop shaft, then professionally rebalanced the assembly to ensure everything is ready to perform properly.

This isn’t a simple cut-and-weld job. The process included:

🔹 Rough cutting the original ends
🔹 CNC machining to precisely remove the original tube
🔹 Facing everything to the exact required depth
🔹 Precision chamfering for proper fitment and welding
🔹 Extending the housing and prop shaft 13.5”
🔹 Rebalancing the completed prop shaft

C8 CORVETTE TEST PIPES

Last week, we shared some CNC-machined flanges we made in-house, along with some of the poor-quality imported parts we’ve been seeing lately.

Well, a few of you guessed it—we were machining C8 Corvette header and exhaust flanges for a new bolt-in test pipe setup.

After talking with our customer and showing him some of the concerns we had with the existing options on the market, he asked, “Can you fab something that’s nice and actually fits correctly?”

Absolutely.

So we built them at a level we feel the C8 Corvette deserves!! Fully CNC-machined flanges, precision fabrication, and proper fitment, and 100% tig welded all to guarantee a completely leak free setup!!

They’re available in:
• Brushed stainless steel
• High-temperature thermal barrier ZyCoat finish

We’re proud to officially add these to our lineup, and they’ll be live on the website today.

Rolled into a little car show last weekend and the first truck we waked up on was a super clean OBS truck in some beadlocks, as we walked around to the front to see if it was “show or go” we quickly realized it was GO!!! Always a cool to see our products out in the wild!!!

We had a customer reach out to see if we could machine a billet motor plate for him, absolutely we can! He sent us his current plate for dimensions and this is what we came up with! Lighter than his original and equally as strong, not to mention it’s definitely going to be eye candy under the hood!!!
