Dawn has been part of the Springfield Coach Group team for nine years. From wrapping custom parts and sewing seats to putting the final shine on completed vehicles, her craftsmanship can be seen throughout every build.

Q: What do you enjoy most about your job?
Dawn: Seeing all the individual pieces come together and knowing I played a part in creating something the customer will be proud to own.

Q: What does quality craftsmanship mean to you?
