The warm weather has finally arrived…woohoo!!! Don't forget to wear your sunblock when you are outside. Please use spf 30 or 45, any higher spf is not giving you any more protection.

Now that school is out, come and get your check ups done early so that you can enjoy the rest of summer!

We have flu shots so come on in and get vaccinated! I did!

I'll be returning to the office starting on July 18th!

Now the warmer months have finally arrived, let's talk about sunscreen. If your child is going to be outdoors, it's important to protect their skin with sunscreen. Now you ask, what's the best product? You want a sunscreen that has UVA and UVB coverage. You should see the ingredients ZINC OXIDE AND TITANIUM DIOXIDE. As far as SPF-either 30-45 is fine. Anything higher than that doesn't provide anymore protection.

The creams are better than the sprays as far as better coverage because it's easy to miss areas with the spray option. Apply it every 2 hrs while outdoors.

And more importantly...BE SAFE AND HAVE FUN!!!!

Spring is around the corner and so is spring break! :) It's a great time to your kiddos' check ups/sport physicals done so they don't have to miss school. Enjoy the warmer weather!

The flu is still lingering so please make sure you wash your hands and stay home if you have a fever.

With the cool crisp air and beautiful fall colors, Halloween is just around the corner. :) Here are some safety tips to make sure our kids have a fun and safe evening.

1. Any swords, knives, or any costume accessory should be short, soft, and flexible.
2. Do not trick-or-treat alone. Always go in groups
3. Fasten reflective tape to costumes and bags to make you more visible to drivers.
4. Examine all treats for choking hazards and tampering before eating them. Avoid any homemade treats.
5. Carry flashlights
6. Visit only well-lit homes.
We'll have goodies for the children at the office as well!
