🚐🔧Brand new 2025 Sprinter, built by Revel came in for some simple and effective suspension modifications for their over-landing adventures! Agile Off Road Double Shear rear shock bracket upgrade to help prevent the upper rear shock bolt from sheering. That is a weak spot on the sprinter suspension, and is used off-road often, and is a highly recommended mod. We also installed an Add-A-Leaf kit to help with body roll and overall stability. This kit also raised the ride height by 1" to give it a more leveled stance.

Small modifications can make a big difference. Ready to upgrade your sprinter for your next adventure? Give us a call 541-844-1647 😊

OM642 Oil Cooler Upgrade!

We just installed this oil cooler upgrade on an OM642 Sprinter!
One of the most common diesel engines found in Sprinters from 2007-2023. OM642 oil coolers are located in the valley of the engine from the factory, which is a very hot place to cool anything.

The Dave's Auto Center custom oil cooler kit is designed to prevent premature turbo and engine failure by dropping and stabilizing hot oil temperatures under load. This oil cooler is relocated to the front of the vehicle, in front of the ac condenser to flow as much cool air as possible.

Key Benefits:
✅Reduces oil operating temps by 30-50 degrees.
✅Prevents extreme thermal oil breakdown and protects turbocharger and engine bearings
✅Integrated electric fan setup and thermostat (Optional - Additional charge)
✅-AN fittings, reinforced hoses, and stainless-steel hardware - Top of the line quality

If you're experiencing high oil temps, tow heavy loads, or road trip in sprinter converted RV's, we highly recommend considering this kit! If you have any questions, please let us know.

5 red flags your brakes are trying to tell you something..‼

Your brakes usually give you warning signs before there is a major problem. Don't ignore them!

🚩Squealing or Squeaking
That annoying high-pitched noise could mean your brake pads are getting low.

🚩Grinding
Grinding is a BIG warning sign. Your brakes might be completely worn down, allowing metal to contact the rotor.

🚩Vibrations When Braking
If your steering wheel or brake pedal shakes when you brake, you could have warped or uneven brake rotors.

🚩Pulling to One Side
If your vehicle pulls left or right while braking, there could be an issue with the caliper, brake pad, or other brake components.

🚩Soft or Spongy Brake Pedal
Your brake pedal shouldn't feel like a sponge. A soft pedal can indicate air in the brake system, a fluid issue, or another brake problem.

If your brakes are making noise, feeling different, or behaving differently than usual, don't wait until you're stuck on the side of the road.

Engine rebuilding done right, in-house at Willamette Automotive Care!

We've been seeing many poorly rebuilt engines come through our shop for engine swaps. So, we decided to take matters into our own hands!

We are excited to announce that moving forward we are now offering in-house engine rebuilding. By handling the rebuild ourselves, we have complete control over the process from start to finish, ensuring the quality and attention to detail that our customers deserve.

We take pride in our work. Clean, meticulous, and methodical every step of the way. We specialize in diesels and sprinters; however, we don't mind a challenge.

We also believe in full transparency. We document everything with pictures and videos throughout the process so our customer can see exactly what's going on. We are proud to say we have absolutely nothing to hide, and because of that, we back our work with a 3year/36k mile warranty.

If you or someone you know needs an engine rebuild, give us a call. You can trust Willamette Automotive Care to take the time and care that is necessary to make sure it's done right.

Swipe to see what came out of this differential and why getting it serviced matters! 🤢➡✨

You change your oil, you check your tires, and you keep up with routine maintenance. Are you remembering to service your rear differential?

Your rear differential works hard every time you drive, and it needs fresh fluid to keep those gears happy and healthy. Over time, that fluid breaks down and can become contaminated, leading to increased wear and even potential damage.

Getting regular differential service helps:
Protect gears and bearings✅
Reduces friction and heat✅
Prevent excessive wear✅
Keeps your drivetrain running smoothly✅

Not sure when was the last time you serviced your differential?
Stop by Willamette Automotive Care or give us a call at 541-844-1647 and we can check it out 😊
