The Greer family and I met Saturday morning, needing a Kia certified salesman help them figure out if the Kia Telluride was right for their family. It was clear that they had done their research and after the test drive they were ready to place an order to get one that meet every bit of their criteria.

As luck would have it, an identical Telluride hit the lot that morning and it became available midway through the day. I could tell that Malissa was more than excited when I made that phone call, and just a few hours later this wonderful family was on their way home in their new Telluride!

The Lewis family came in early this month looking for an upgrade to their vehicle situation. It had been a while since their family had a truck in the family, and they were hopeful that now would be the right time to fix that trend!

Sarah and I had been talking for about a week in anticipation of her appointment this morning. Primarily, Sarah needed something bigger than her 2017 Ford Focus with grand babies on the way! When talking about features and payment, I recommended this well maintained and lightly driven 2017 Jeep Renegade Latitude with the cold weather package that would keep her on budget!

After missing out on her first choice, she made another late visit to our dealership Wednesday night and fell in love with the Kia K5. Kari has been a member of the Springfield Nissan Kia family for her families last several vehicles. Unfortunately, this time she came to our doorstep with a blown motor and no warranty on that car. She fell in love with our pristine 2017 Nissan Murano Platinum with under just 60k miles.

Mark and Bob are two friends from the theater, and apparently word is getting around that if you need a car, there's only one place to go! Marks 2017 Cherokee was totaled, so he set an appt with me on Monday afternoon. After figuring out their wants and needs, my recommendation just happened to be exactly what they had talked about before arriving!

Mark and Bob hit the jackpot and took home this near mint 2018 CPO Kia Sportage with only 19k miles on it!

Franny drove up on Monday afternoon in an ALMOST exhausted state after a few unsuccessful trips to other car dealerships around town. We spent almost twenty to thirty minutes discussing all the different aspects of financing a vehicle and what to really focus on when purchasing a PreOwned vehicle, as this was the first time she and her husband were financing a car. After considering all of her options and her family's needs, Franny couldn't turn away from the 2017 Kia Soul with only 48k miles on the odometer! My favorite part of this job is helping first time car buyers make a reasonable and appropriate and considered decision for the future!

This was Whitney's first time financing a car, so we spent extra time making sure she understood every step of the process, in addition to finding a car she loved. They originally came to Youngblood for a 2017 Chevy Cruze in our inventory, but when I figured out their wants and needs, I recommended exploring our 2021 Certified PreOwned Kia Forte.
