This OBS F-250 got a serious front-end upgrade. 💪

We installed a Sky's Offroad Design Design straight-axle conversion, replacing the factory TTB setup with a solid-axle configuration built for better strength, simpler suspension geometry, and improved off-road capability. (Skys Off Road Design)

Sky’s Offroad 92-97 Ford Dana 60 crossover steering kits are now available with an optional NEW machined knuckle. This means that you no longer have to deal with the hassle or inconvenience of taking your axle apart to send your knuckle in and wait for it to be machined!

1992-1997 Ford Dana 60 Knuckles

These are the only aftermarket Ford Ball Joint Dana 60 knuckles on this planet, maybe the exist elsewhere but we could not find them on Earth. So we spent 4 years working to get the correct precise part.

Manufactured from ductile Iron, ADI process, precision machined to better than factory Ford specs, material added in critical areas to increase strength. Finished in a black E-coat for long lasting rust protection. Fits all ford Ball joint Dana 60 axles, 92-93 and early 94 will need to upgrade brake calipers to the later year and get rid of the terrible rubber metal slide blocks.

These fit OEM Ford Super Duty steering knuckles, Reid Racing Super King Pin knuckles for custom Dana 60, Dana 80, Gearworks 10”, Big Ben’s fabricated housings and many rear bearing cups and brake bracket systems designed around 2005+ Ford unit bearings requiring High-Performance Braking
