Product Description:
Connect a compatible Toyota driveline to a 2011–2016 Ford Sterling 10.5-inch rear axle with Sky’s Offroad Design’s
precision-machined adapter. Made in the USA from 1045 steel, the adapter provides a mating connection between the
Ford pinion fl**ge companion and a compatible Toyota driveline fl**ge. Choose the adapter alone or with mounting
hardware for either or both sides.

• Designed for 2011–2016 Ford Sterling 10.5-inch rear axle applications with a 37-spline pinion.
• Toyota driveline fl**ge bolt pattern: 60 mm × 60 mm (2.36” × 2.36”).

Eliminate factory spindle needle bearings with a simple, integrated replacement.
Upgrade your Dana 60 front axle with Sky’s Offroad Design Fl**ged Delrin Spindle Bushing. This precision-machined,
low-friction bushing replaces the factory spindle needle bearing and integrates the thrust washer and seal functions into a
single fl**ged component.
Factory needle bearings can be exposed to mud, sand, water and debris during demanding off-road use. When worn or
damaged, they may contribute to wear on the spindle or axle stub shaft. Sky’s solid Delrin bushing eliminates the needle
rollers and provides an alternative bearing surface for the axle stub shaft, simplifying the spindle assembly for trail rigs, rock
crawlers and off-road trucks.

SKY’S NEW 1980-1997 low profile ZF5 crossmember. Built for strength and clearance, this Sky’s Offroad Design transmission crossmember uses a fabricated, boxed-steel design
with reinforced bends and welded seams. The low-profile center section provides additional driveline clearance while the
raised frame mounting ends retain a clean, bolt-in style layout.
Designed for 1980-1997 Ford F-150, F-250, and F-350 applications using a ZF-5 manual transmission. This cross member
is especially useful where suspension, axle-conversion, or drive line changes make the original cross member a limitation.
The rearward-positioned mounting design provides additional room for coil-conversion bracket clearance while the
integrated center section incorporates a driveshaft drop-loop style profile.

• Helps reduce frame twist and improve chassis rigidity

This OBS F-250 got a serious front-end upgrade. 💪

We installed a Sky's Offroad Design Design straight-axle conversion, replacing the factory TTB setup with a solid-axle configuration built for better strength, simpler suspension geometry, and improved off-road capability. (Skys Off Road Design)

Sky’s Offroad 92-97 Ford Dana 60 crossover steering kits are now available with an optional NEW machined knuckle. This means that you no longer have to deal with the hassle or inconvenience of taking your axle apart to send your knuckle in and wait for it to be machined!

1992-1997 Ford Dana 60 Knuckles

These are the only aftermarket Ford Ball Joint Dana 60 knuckles on this planet, maybe the exist elsewhere but we could not find them on Earth. So we spent 4 years working to get the correct precise part.

Manufactured from ductile Iron, ADI process, precision machined to better than factory Ford specs, material added in critical areas to increase strength. Finished in a black E-coat for long lasting rust protection. Fits all ford Ball joint Dana 60 axles, 92-93 and early 94 will need to upgrade brake calipers to the later year and get rid of the terrible rubber metal slide blocks.
