Lt. Hendry, Sgt. Hailey and Inspector Boutin took part in the annual Iron Dog Competition. It is a 2-mile life-like obstacle course you run with your K9. The event raises money for Police K9 team’s veterinary needs after retirement and is a fundraiser for the Vermont Police Canine Association.

**Lt. Hendry and K9 Lucy won their age division and were the 3rd place Police K9 team overall.**

Date: August 20, 2026

General Motors is recalling 306,511 vehicles because the rearview camera may display a distorted or blank image, reducing visibility behind the vehicle and increasing crash risk.

What Owners Should Know
Dealers will inspect and replace the rearview camera, if needed, free of charge.

Owner letters begin mailing September 16, 2026.

When the seat is installed in the forward facing position and secured to the car using the lap belt without also using the top tether, the seat may not adequately protect the child from head injury in the event of a crash.
