A scary experience for this customer! After getting their tire replaced, they noticed their car driving strangely just a few minutes later. When they pulled over, they discovered the tire was barely secured with only one lug nut! I replaced the broken wheel studs and torqued the new lug nuts to the manufacturer’s specifications. Another satisfied customer safely back on the road!

Replaced both axles for a repeat customer who reported hearing a noise while driving. After arriving at her house, I quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it. Completed a test drive to ensure the noise was gone and that she was completely satisfied. Glad to have her safely back on the road!
