Customer states ac doesnt work. They used to add freon and it would try to get cold. Inspected truck abd found less than half a pound of freon. Recharged system to verify compressor functions as designed. Found the high side only reaches 125 and audible noise coming from compressor. Inspected system with freon detector and found evap drain has die and freon in it. Replaced the evaporator core behind the dash and the ac compressor. Recharged system and got the customer back on the road with Cold ac.

Customer came in with a brake light on in their bmw. Got the vehicle in the air and were inspecting the brakes walked around the front of the vehicle and noticed liquid spraying out of the front bumper. Inspected further and found auxiliary radiator was hit by a rock or road debris and caused it to start to leak. We let the customer know what we found. Replaced the brakes front and rear. And then we replaced the auxiliary radiator with an additional rock guard provided from bmw so that this situation doesnt happen again. We were just glad that we caught it before the coolant got low and customer got stranded with vehicle overheating. Replaced the parts and got this customer back up and running.

Customer states they have noise coming from the brakes. Upon inspection found noise was coming front. And the rear pads were down to 3/32. When the brake pad gets a hard line cut into the pad it will wear a line into the rotor surface. The best analogy to describe why it makes noise when braking is very similar to a record player and and needle on the record. With the rotor spinning and the line cut into rotor the brakes get applied and the noise you hear is the brake pad and rotor line meeting and making an audible squeaking noise. We replaced pads and rotors on the front and rear. Test drove vehicle and verified no more noise present from the brakes.

Customer came in with concerns of vehicle being hard to control at higher rates of speed and when hitting the brakes the steering wheel is shaking uncontrollably. After inspection found vehicles both upper and lower control arms are torn and allowing wheels to shake. With the arms being torn all the way through its no longer holding the suspension tight. We replaced arms, performed alignment and got customer back in a safe vehicle and back on the road

Customer came in needing oil change and complaining of an oil leak. Inspected vehicle and found oil filter housing is leaking. We replaced oil filter housing with the updated aftermarket options. The factory plastic one is prone to leak due to plastic not absorbing heat to well over time. Got the new metal one in the rest of the car back together. Customer is now back on the road with no more oil leaking

Customer states their 2015 landrover is showing a low coolant light on the dash. Pressure tested coolant system found slow leak present. Got vehicle in the air and found water pump and coolant pipe are leaking and have been leaking for a while due to the dried coolant present. Replaced both parts re pressure tested system found no leaks. Customer got back on the road as fast as we could get the parts here.

Customer came in with windows not working and convertible top inoperable. Did a few simple test checking power and ground. And with German engineering its not simply sending power and grounds to make motors go up and down. And without windows moving convertible top won't work either. Problem got narrowed down to signals into module but no response coming out of module. Removed connectors to inspect further and found module and pins have gotten corroded and failure is internal in module itself. Found a good used module from a euro yard we use. Tested windows and top found everything working as designed and got customer with a working vehicle again
