It’s tough enough to peddle a spin with decent power, let alone peddle a spin on a radial. Say what you want but this kid can drive that Vega, almost like he knows what’s gonna happen before it does. 🤔
I suppose a couple hundred passes in a car kinda helps get a feel it..

We are almost done with the turbo kit on the gen V in the OOH-BS here at slowpokes speed shop. We thought the single turbo would make packaging a bit easier but it’s given a few obstacles for us. This thing will be ready to make some passes here in a few short weeks.

Few updates on the OOH-BS. We got the ladder bar rear suspension installed, the Viking dbl adjustable front shocks in, and just finished up the new all aluminum gen5 6.2 shortblock. Lots of changes this season, hopefully don’t take too long to get it squared away and see what the old girl can do. Thanks to everyone who has helped along the way.

Another one of our customer cars. Kenny Jennen has this sweet Mustang that he picked up this year. It went from running 11s to 9s with some tuning and seat time. It needs some safety upgrades to keep running but has a lot of potential to be a very fast car. We can’t wait to get him deeper in the 9s this year.

Finally got back in the garage last couple evenings and made some progress on the obs. Everything hard to reach is welded, window net brackets installed, made a change to rear bars, ready to toss a little paint on the parts i cant get to when its back up in place. Not too much longer till I can start putting plastic stuff back in.
