Internet reviews can be damaging, notably when the petspective is scewed or totally inflamatory. Allens Cycle has gone a new direction recently and is striving to avoid such reviews. This particular customer called to see if we have exhaust for his street bike. We asked him to bring his bike in to see if we have a match. Many bikes models are alike but may have slight differences. We in fact had two new aftermarket exhausts. The customer wanted stock as his current pipes are aftermarket and his fuel system is lean due to the bigger pipes. The customer did NOT want to rejet his carb to match his pipes. We then looked for a used set of factory pipes. We did have a partial set but they were also corroded so they werent meeting the customers needs. To call our staff stupid is 100% off base. Mike Allen is a genius and a downright motorcycle prodigy and historian, secondly the customer called us lazy. Please name another shop that will invite a customer in , provide value added service, try to neet his needs with multiple options ( other pipes or a re- jet) and ultimatly suggest Iron Horse salvage as another option for his used factory pipe search.

Levi Dennis we sincerely apoligize for trying so hard to help you with your needs and we are even more remorseful for inconveniencing you and we cant imagine the burden we caused by having you ride your motorcycle.
