I haven't posted here in a hot minute. Here is my new project, a sweet 1982 Subaru Brat. It runs great, but needs some rust repair before I do my custom touches. So far I have the windshield frame and hood hinge area repaired.

My latest project on Derecho. I made a receiver hitch for doing a drag & drive event. I also made a parachute stinger mount. I unpin the license plate from the hitch, install the chute, and hang the plate on it. Simple, strong, and pretty much free to build.

Been a while since I posted here. Life's been busy! My latest project is wheelie bars on Derecho, my Blazer. I got the bars, but no brackets. Good thing I had plate left from projects past. I cut out the pieces, now to drill some holes and weld them up. I'll be needing them. On low boost and pump gas it yanked the front tires about 6" off the asphalt. Time to turn it up!

C50 update. I removed the poorly place fuel tank to allow the bed to be properly positioned. Now to mount the tank where it should have been, then plumb it and finish the tail light wiring. Be careful who you pay to do work. You don't always get what you pay too much for.

Productive day on the C50 today. We couldn't find the correct gas pedal for it, so I modified a newer style pedal to use a cable. I got the heater hoses in, cleaned up and wrapped the under hood harness, and mounted the overflow for the radiator.

The C50 drove out of the Hutch and loaded onto the trailer this morning. It's off to paint now, and will be back for me to finish. Such a great feeling when a rig gets pushed in and drives out! Cheers y'all!

Once we got the hydro boost master and booster figured out, it's taking shape. The lines to the frame and the rear line are in. I'm breaking in my new flairing tool. It makes work cleaner and easier. Still more lines to make.
