I have had a couple people ask how the oil cooler kit I just posted mounts in the car. This is a pic of a prototype I did this past June from and old shelf stock solid mirror stainless block off plate. Mounted in the right had side of the engine bay where the intercooler would normally mount for an aftermarket side mount intercooler.

New design side mount oil cooler mount for the SW20 MR2s from 1990-1999. The B&M coolers we used to use seem to be on perpetual backorder so now we make this for use with a readily available mishimoto Mishimoto 16 row core.

Spent a few days here and there on site over the past several months putting together a full stainless exhaust for a 59 Apache pickup project for a customer in Libery Lake. It features and Art Morrison chassis with an L86 direct injected LT series engine and 8 speed auto trans swapped in. Modified the header for b and connection, custom designed and laser cut exhaust hangers, and some sweet mufflers from . All food grade stainless bends cut and fit with tack clamps. The customer is going to fit the body before we terminate the ends of the exhaust out to the tips but I’m pretty happy with how it came out. Also bent up some custom stainless hardlines for the fuel delivery and the trans cooler connections.

Home shop pretty well set up now. Still need to run copper air lines and hook up to the compressor sitting out behind the shop to get my hose reels functional. Relying on a single reel for now. Also added a larger AC window unit in preparation for summer - 22k BTU marketplace score to replace the ineffective 12k btu unit. Critical for any small space is that most everything is mobile or on wheels if it isn’t up against a wall. This accommodates moving things in or around in the shop with minimal effort. Pallet racking super handy to add elevated storage also for things I don’t need on a daily basis. Ready to work.
