Dock Hands are responsible for (but not limited to) facility maintenance, fuel sales, boat rental check-ins, check-outs, and delivery of vessels. Dock Hands are to greet each guest upon arrival to the ship store and ask how they may assist the guests – by pumping gas, getting ice, or running into the ship store for the guest to ring up a transaction inside, etc. Throughout the day, Dock Hands should ensure that all trash is emptied, and the entire facility is clean and tidy. Boat Rental maintenance includes routine cleanings, checking all equipment on board, and checking oil levels is a must. It is the sole responsibility of Dock Hands to ensure that guests fully understand check-out forms and that the entirety of check-in forms are complete upon return in a fast and speedy manner.
