Fulton Competition Race Engines

Fulton Competition Race Engines Fulton Competition opened its doors in 1972. Fulton Competition now supplies engines to champion drag racers world wide.

Owner and Founder Gene Fulton began the business in a rented garage in Spartanburg, SC while working to build his own career as a Modified Eliminator drag racer in the IHRA and local drag racing circuits. Gene went on to win 5 IHRA World Championships before retiring his wheels in 1987 to concentrate on his engines full time.

After much thinking, and a lot of stuff behind the scenes, I have decided not to drive or match race with the Bad Attitude Willys and its new owner, Instead, we will work to finish the The White Wagon with Bobby Bennett to run in NHRA Super Stock/Modified Production and a new '55 Chevy to possibly race on the Hot Rod Power Tour. Sometimes it's just best to wash your hands and move on.
