Today, we pause to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.
Their sacrifice is the reason we wake up free. They wore the uniform, shouldered the burden, and paid the ultimate price — not for fame or recognition, but for love of country, for duty, for all of us.
To the families who carry on with quiet courage, whose loved ones never came home — we see you. We thank you. We stand with you.
Let us never take this freedom for granted. The liberties we enjoy — speech, faith, self-defense, the right to live free from tyranny — are not guaranteed by chance. They are secured by blood and protected by the living.
The Constitution they swore to uphold remains our blueprint for liberty. It’s not just a piece of paper — it’s a sacred trust handed down by patriots, defended on battlefields around the world. Honoring our fallen means not only remembering their sacrifice, but fiercely protecting the rights and principles they died defending.
So today, we remember. We reflect. We raise our flags, bow our heads, speak their names — and commit ourselves to being worthy of the freedom they preserved.
