They lied about what they did
Will never go back.
Well I made a comment about how they do good work. But how working them in customer ssrvise wasn't good. And now I can't get work there... lol I guess I should of just said they did bad work if they was ganna deny doing service... so fyi dont be critical or they wont serve you ever. They got butt hurt over facebook... smh. #childish
Nice place to be for oil change, over priced tho... And don't work there in costumer service you have to stay with make up on, and expects way too much out of you.. you do what she asks yet they still have problem... Not recommend for a job. Now I understand why they can't keep any one. Too picky.
Any chance you will bring back the towel dry and tire shine on the car wash?
Just went to PJs for oil change and the check engine light was on (I knew this).. I had a diagnostic at advanced and they said it was an evap code and could be a few things.. so I figured I’d make an appt at Jason’s in the next few days to have them try to figure it out. The guy at PJs when going over my oil change review said I should do a diagnostic. I told him I already did one and it was an evap code. He said no ma’am our diagnostic is very thorough and you will know exactly what’s wrong when you leave. He came back 2 minutes later and said “Yes ma’am it’s an evap code.. could be a couple things.” Your kidding right??? Thanks for that. I’ve always been pleased with their service and I still am..., but that was just a silly waste of money.. He literally did the exact thing I told him we just did.
