2019 f150 customer states can smell burning transmission fluid. Diagnosed and found a Crack in transmission pan. Recommended to the customer to replace with aftermarket aluminum pan due to them driving on unfinished job sites to avoid another potential issue with cracking factory plastic pan.

2017 kia sorento customer states vehicle stalled on them and when diagnosed by another shop was quoted that the engine was bad and needed to be replaced. I diagnosed and found it had a rod bearing failing so installed new engine and customer back on the road.

2017 cadillac ats customer states vehicle sounds like a tractor haha. Diagnosed and found almost all exhaust manifold bolts broken off and manifold gasket blown out. Installed all new hardware and gaskets and customer riding nice and quiet again.
