A 'partnership' should be an 'interdependant relationship' built around comon business ethics and practices. These ideas should be written down and form the basis for a mission statement. A 'CO-OP' is a group of people with a shared comon interest. Though more 'socialist' in nature, it encourages everyone to succeed through their comon contribution and "return on their investment". Further, in a CO-OP type of environment, "taxation" and financial responsibility for mandated state and federal agency requirements would need to be worked out in comittee. In a 'partnership', people become little more than chattle on paper, employees, as decisions are made (often best) by a select few. Further enabling the co-dependancy of our society. But that's business. If you have a better plan, I'm open?
