Attn !!! Candido's Towing & Repair is currently looking to hire Dispatchers for our Somerset Location.

* Person must be capable of managing the workload of a busy service center.
* The ideal candidate is a self starting, motivated and organized individual who can multi-task efficiently and quickly, and also has the ability to work independently and adapt easily.
* Experience in the trucking industry is a plus.
* If you have any DOT / Safety / DQ file related experience, please highlight that in your submission.

* The candidate will be assisting internal and external customers with their inquiries and requests.
* This person will be expected to maintain records of customer information, answer phone calls and emails, dispatching calls to the appropriate parties, processing payments, maintaining files and documents, and assisting customers in completing transactions.
* Responsibilities will also include communicating with other departments to efficiently maintain company records and required paperwork.
