🔧 SHOP TECHNICIAN / INSTALLER
🧵 CANVAS & UPHOLSTERY SEWING TECHNICIAN

Full-time & part-time positions available.

We’re looking for people who:
• Enjoy working with their hands
• Are dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Take pride in quality craftsmanship
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills

Shop Technician: Marine/boating experience is preferred but not required for the right person. Must be comfortable using tools, working around boats and water, climbing ladders, and lifting 50+ lbs.

Sewing Technician: Sewing experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate. Marine canvas/upholstery experience and industrial sewing experience are a plus.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with weekends and holidays generally off. Some projects may occasionally require weekend work.

The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier Houseboat project has been a true work in progress, and we’re so excited to see it all come together! 🚤

This houseboat is absolutely gorgeous, and we love how the screens, enclosure, and custom cushions turned out. There’s a lot of detail that goes into a project like this, and seeing the finished result makes it all worth it!

The boat is currently at Lee’s Ford Marina, so if you’re in the area, be sure to check it out!
