🚗 Know your rights after an accident!

In Minnesota, you have the legal right to choose the auto body repair facility that repairs your vehicle. Your insurance company cannot require you to use a particular shop or pressure you to change your selection.

Once you have chosen a repair facility, the insurer must stop trying to influence your decision.

Choose a repair shop you know and trust.
