Have not been on Facebook in a few days because i have been working. But to see name and work ethic has been lied about and immaturely posted on facebook is a new experience for me.
I do not relate to the drama that is so apparently craved, but Im going to defend my name and my shop.
-If you don’t pick up a vehicle that is completed you will get phone calls. This is not a parking garage.
-No I will not let you back on to my property when you have repeatedly cussed out and threatened me or someone who answers the phone.
-And no after 10+ months and you telling me that the truck was at multiple shops for different issues and upgrades, I will not warranty an issue that would have been noticed the day you left with the truck. If I were you I would call your most recent mechanic.
-And no I do not keep skid plate covers. I don’t have the room. If it was there it was put back.
KNB stands behind our work. And customers know if they have an issue they call and we fix it even if it’s on us. But respect and common knowledge…we can’t help you with.
