📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM HAPPY CAMPER RV REPAIR 📢

Over the last couple of years, Happy Camper RV Repair has grown far beyond what I ever expected. What started as one guy fixing RVs has turned into hundreds of service calls across Snyder, Midland, Odessa, Big Spring, Colorado City, Sweetwater, and all points in between.

The good news is that business is booming.

The bad news is that there is still only one Scott.

To continue providing dependable service and prevent things from falling through the cracks, I will be implementing new scheduling, routing, communication, and customer management systems over the next 30 days.

What this means for customers:

✅ Better organization

✅ Better communication

✅ Fewer missed messages

✅ More efficient route scheduling

✅ Faster response times in the long run

You may notice some changes:

• More communication by text message

• Appointment requests requiring customer information and photos

• Geographic route scheduling

• Appointment windows instead of exact arrival times

• Emergency calls prioritized over routine maintenance items

• Longer response times while the new system is being implemented

Please understand that these changes are being made to improve service for everyone and allow me to continue serving the entire West Texas area effectively.

For those who don't know, Happy Camper RV Repair is still operated by one technician, one scheduler, one dispatcher, one estimator, one parts manager, one bookkeeper, one customer service representative, and one Chihuahua.

Unfortunately, that's all still the same guy... and the dog mostly supervises.

I appreciate everyone's patience while I build a better system to serve you.

📢 A Friendly Reminder from Happy Camper RV Repair 🐾🚐

West Texas and the Permian Basin are home to an estimated 60,000 RVs... and around here, there's exactly one guy and one Chihuahua trying to keep them all rolling down the road.

That means scheduling can sometimes be a juggling act.

I do my absolute best to honor appointment times and keep everyone informed, but things like emergency no-AC calls in 105° heat, families with no power, unexpected parts delays, weather, and jobs that turn into bigger repairs than expected can occasionally throw a wrench into even the best-planned schedule.

Please remember: an appointment time is an estimate, not a guarantee down to the minute. If I tell you I'll be there, I'm coming. I haven't forgotten about you. I may just be helping another customer through an emergency before I get to your door.

I truly appreciate every single one of you who trusts Happy Camper RV Repair with your home on wheels. Your patience, understanding, and support have allowed this small business to grow one repair at a time.
