Running a mobile RV repair business means every day is different, and sometimes priorities have to shift.
I do my ABSOLUTE BEST to honor scheduled appointment times, but please understand that appointments are not always a fixed or guaranteed-to-the-minute arrangement. Weather conditions, emergencies, road conditions, parts delays, and critical no-power/no-AC situations can require us to adjust the schedule in real time.
If one customer is sitting in 105° West Texas heat with no electricity or no air conditioning, that emergency may take priority over a minor adjustment, cosmetic issue, or non-critical repair. That doesn’t mean your appointment isn’t important — it simply means we have to make judgment calls based on urgency and safety.
Also, being a few minutes late does not automatically waive service fees or call-out charges. I spend countless hours driving across West Texas, coordinating parts, handling calls, and helping customers in difficult situations — often well after normal business hours.
We appreciate the customers who understand that mobile service work is unpredictable at times and who show patience, respect, and flexibility. We’re committed to taking care of people the right way, and we’ll continue doing exactly that.
Thank you,
