2 weeks until Nationals, 3 weeks until Worlds, and your girls are training hard! The International Rafting World Championships are taking place in Bosnia-Herzegovina where the top R4 teams from each nation will compete on May 28th- June 2nd in Head to Head, Slalom, Sprint, and Downriver. We are an all Women’s Raft Racing Team formed in the Roaring Fork Valley in 2023. This spring we have the opportunity to compete in the World Rafting Championships on the Vrbas River in Bosnia-Herzegovina and would greatly appreciate your support.

Hello Everyone!

We are throwing an Aspen Extreme themed fundraising party at Elk Mountain Expeditions in Aspen. Come dressed to impress in your best retro ski gear and ready to compete in the Beer Olympics. Feel free to get a perm or a feathered haircut to complete the look. There will be a limited number of spaces for registration at the door, preregister at our website linked below. $100 cash prize OR if we get more than 10 teams pre registered we will increase the prize money to $150!

There will also be a bonfire, grill with burgers and hotdogs (and veggies too), and beverages. A $15 entry fee will cover food and one beverage (beer or nonalcoholic), we are asking for donations for any additional drinks. We have kegs from Aspen tap and Woody Creek Tavern and food will be available while supplies last!

Meet the Team!

Cassie, a Denver, Colorado native, found her passion for rivers amongst the mountains. She began white water rafting in 2015, and has guided over the last four years in Aspen. She prefers a solid class IV in a beautiful desert canyon. For her, the true beauty of rivers lies not just in the rapids but in the diverse places they take her, creating memories shared with friends that last a lifetime. She also enjoys climbing, traveling, the mountains, pow days, and gardening.

Meet the team!

Florida native turned Aspen dweller, Bean has brought the sunshine state's zest for adventure to the Rocky Mountains. Now conquering the countries rivers with a blend of southern charm and mountain spirit, you will always find Bean on or near a river. From achieving the first descent of the legendary Zambezi river in a 10ft raft to swimming (the majority) of the mighty Lochsa river, Bean never thought that she would be the captain of Team USA. But here we are. And the stoke and gratitude has never been higher. She has been guiding and racing since 2021 and can’t wait for all the adventures to come in the future!

Meet the Team!

Tess fell in love with rafting when she went on a Grand Canyon trip 4 years ago. She decided it was time to switch from pumping her fist on the Jersey Shore, to pumping boats on the Colorado River. Tess jumped into the deep end right away as her first race was the dreadful 26.2 mile Fibark Race on the Arkansas River. Since then, she has hit almost every rock in the Colorado River, paddled the ferocious waters of Gore Canyon, rowed Lava Falls, survived tequila beach, guided Slaughterhouse & conquered a 12 day expedition down the mighty Zambezi River. She loves to hit the meat and T it up! Tess is surrounded with such strong women that motivate and encourage each other to be the baddest boaters on the river.

Meet the Team!

Adelei grew up in Southwestern Colorado, outside of Durango. Her dad started kayaking as a young teenager, and when her family moved to California when she was 14 they started kayaking and rafting together. Adelei started guiding the summer of 2015, and her passion for whitewater continued to grow guiding day trips on the Main Salmon and multi-days on the Gates of Lodore and the Yampa. Adelei moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in August of 2021, where she met the other women of Rapid Fire Racing through the whitewater community there. Although new to racing, Adelei is excited about the opportunity to explore whitewater in another way!
