Some of you may know that I'm making a change in my life, I'm stepping back from full time work at the shop, but to insure the quality and integrity of the repair work offered at AROS, Kimberley has agreed to step up and run the shop!! This will insure the continuance of the mission of AROS. Kimberley has years of experience running an auto repair shop,while not a mechanic herself, she is very knowledgeable in the auto repair field, many years of running Issaquah Muffler and Brake paved the foundation of her abilities. She is the best service writer I have ever met. Her honesty and genuine concern for clients is surpassed by none. While she will be running the shop I will be her back up man and I will continue to do the custom exhaust work. If you have any concerns that I won't be around or that the overall type of work performed will change, rest assured that it won't! I worked with and for Kimberley for years and the only difference in our styles is her attention to detail and the belief that a clean shop is a happy shop!! Stop by say hello to her and check out the upgrades she has already implemented!! Nope it's not a dentist office, it's still Auto Repair Of Snoqualmie!! A shop you'd send your mother to!!'
