Just a reminder that we closed our kayaking operation last year. Camping is still available at the put-in and includes river access. However, you would need to use one of the new public access points for take-out (Bruce Phillips River Park or Taylor Riverside Park). Our private take-out area is not available. Thanks!

ANNOUNCEMENT:

After 10 amazing seasons, it is time for a change. We’ve made the bittersweet decision to retire from our kayaking operations at RBO and transition to a campground only.

This has always been a family-operated business. With our family growing up and moving on to bigger opportunities, we’re ready to begin a new chapter ourselves. One where we get to enjoy our weekends again and spend some time relaxing, enjoying life!

What started as a dream to share our love of the beautiful Locust Fork, turned into a decade of memories we’ll treasure forever. We’re grateful to everyone that floated with us. It truly has been a joy introducing newcomers to kayaking and helping families connect with the outdoors. So many customers becoming friends has meant the world to us.

While we are stepping away from our kayaking business, we’ll still offer camping at the put in. Primitive camping and power/water sites are available currently with full hook-ups to come soon.
