🚨 TRAILER REFURBISHMENT COMPLETED! 🚨
EZAN Trailer & Truck is proud to showcase this tandem-axle utility trailer's transformation, refurbished for the New Salem Volunteer Fire Department – Station 29.
🔧 Refurbishment Work Completed:
✅ Trailer Disassembly – Removed the existing deteriorated wooden decking and prepared the trailer for refurbishment.
✅ Frame Preparation – Cleaned and prepared the steel trailer frame, crossmembers, and side rails for refinishing.
✅ Frame & Rail Refurbishment – Refurbished the existing steel framework and side rail structure.
✅ Fresh Paint – Refinished the trailer frame, tongue, side rails, and fenders with a bright red protective finish.
✅ New Wooden Decking – Installed new pressure-treated lumber to replace the worn and weathered flooring.
✅ New Loading Ramps – Refurbished the rear loading ramps with new wooden surfaces.
✅ Wheel & Fender Improvements – Refinished the fenders in matching red and wheels in black for a clean, professional appearance.
✅ Final Reassembly – Reassembled the trailer and completed the exterior refurbishment for its intended fire department service.
