Thank you for all the participation on the venue poll.

We have secured a venue for the banquet.

It will be August 22, 2026 at the Bastrop Community Gardens. We will be eating from The Casa Grill that is inside the location.

They have a variety of Mexican food. And a great bar!

Arrival time will be 5:00 PM. You will come in, order food, pay for food, then find a seat.

This will also be social hour. We would like everyone to have food ordered by 6:00 as that is when we will start with the Awards.

I will get a flier made soon.

Also when responding to the event. Please click “Going” if you plan on attending so we can give a good estimate to the Casa Grill for food prep.

We have some dates for the fall schedule.

Awards banquet will be August 22, 2026. We will have a ride weekend that weekend so we can all get some seat time in!

The banquet will be at The East 40! Food vendors are open and you can pick your meal options.

We have our dates for the fall. Let’s get those calendars marked so you can make plans to start the series strong! Remember you get bonus points for 100% attendance.

Don’t forget to renew or get your membership for the 26-27 season. If you want that special number you need to secure it.
