Sales/Parts
Build Relationships with current commercial and residential clients
Must have:

Knowledge of product lines and OPE Industry
Equipment Sales Experience
Ordering experience
Autonomous mower experience
Social Media Marketing experience
Job Duties:
Maintain showroom floor cleaning and stock
Learn about new equipment
Make sales calls
Follow up on sales leads
Order parts daily
Field customer complaints
help customers choose the equipment that best suits their needs.
Establish and exceed sales goals.
Make social media posts promoting sales and events for the company
Expect room to grow within the Company.
Service Manager:
Take ownership of the Service Department
Must Have:
Ability to learn
Strong Work ethic
Solid references
Ability to lead a team
Nice to Have:
mechanical experience
Shop management experience
Time Management experience
Job Duties:
Build Shop dependability through proper management
create workflow processes to reduce downtime
establish a workflow scheduling system to maintain order on jobs
Ensure work is being done by mechanics
Ensure shop is clean and organized
Mechanic:
Get the Equipment UP AND RUNNING!
Must Have:
Small engine mechanical experience
Your own tools
Strong work ethic
Solid references
Nice to Have:
Small Engine Certifications
Tractor mechanical experience
Job Duties:
Ensure Workflow processes are being followed
Complete work in timely manner
Ensure equipment is fixed properly
Follow workplace safety standards, policies, and procedures.
