Meet the 1929 Willys-Overland Whippet!

This beauty just rolled into Daniels Performance Group, and at 97 years old, she’s definitely one of the more unique classics to come through our doors.

A huge shoutout to Brentton Fuller, who figured out our clues and guessed Whippet! 🏆 You know your classics!

🚚 CLASSIC CAR NEWS

America’s Most Beautiful Truck for 2026 has been crowned.

A 1963 Chevrolet C10 took home the top honor at this year’s Grand National Truck Show in California.

The truck, nicknamed “50SHDZE,” is a custom build with a modern LS3 V8, manual transmission, custom chassis, and plenty of attention to the details that make a classic truck stand out.

Whether you prefer them original, restored, or heavily customized, there’s something about a classic truck that never gets old.

Jay Leno’s Law is officially a reality in California.

California has passed a new law creating a phased-in smog-check exemption for qualifying collector cars from the 1976–1985 model years.

The changes will begin taking effect in 2028 and gradually expand through 2033. The law is aimed at collector vehicles that are preserved and driven primarily for shows, parades, exhibitions, and other limited uses—not as everyday transportation.

It’s a pretty big win for the classic-car community and for people who want to keep these cars on the road and preserve them for the next generation.
