"We're going to own it forever!"

That was one of our salesmen BK's favorite moments during the delivery of Kristen and Tony's new 2026 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 197MB this weekend.

The girls—Addilyn, Tamsyn, and Kaisyn—were absolutely thrilled!

BK said "Moments like that remind me why I enjoy what I do. I love helping families begin a lifetime of camping memories with their own Cabin-on-Wheels."

BK would also like to recognize our Service Manager Kevin, Miguel, and Vinny for going above and beyond to get the family safely on the road. The family had plans to quickly get their new unit up to EAA this weekend, and our service team worked together to install a power tongue jack, complete the Camper-Ready Service Package, install and properly configure the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution Hitch, and make sure everything was road-ready before they departed. Their teamwork made all the difference and allowed the family to leave safely and on schedule.

Kristen and Tony originally came in to see a used Jayco that had already been transferred to another Kunes location. We pivoted to several other lightweight bunkhouse models, and the 2026 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 197MB ended up checking every box for their family.

They'll be back later this month for their CermaPlate application and to address a few minor warranty items identified during Camp-Ready-Inspection & delivery.

Thank you again to everyone involved for helping create another outstanding customer experience. It's always rewarding to watch a family's excitement as they begin making memories together, and this delivery was a perfect example of what teamwork can accomplish.
