Our phone service is currently experiencing technical difficulties due to a widespread outage. As a result, some calls and texts may not be delivered successfully. iPhone users can utilize FaceTime and/or text messaging as an alternative, although we will only receive these communications when connected to a WiFi network. We will provide an update once our phone services are fully restored.

Please don’t use just any tow service that google provides you. Search for or ask around for local businesses please. This 3rd party company charged someone $320 for a (7 mile) local tow! They then call a local tow company to go on the call and pay them from the $320 the customer paid.
Below is the name and phone number, along with the message they leave in the email to the tow company. Please don’t fall victim to these 3rd party companies and pay more than double what you should be paying.

Just discovered that there is a 3rd party road side service showing up on Facebook under the name Slidell Towing and Recovery but with our pictures and address. Please know this IS NOT OUR COMPANY. We are trying to figure out how to report it so that their bad reviews do not affect our reputation. Please spread the word and share this post if possible.

Due to recent events we’ve had to change a few things. From here on out, WHOEVER makes the initial call for a tow, will be the party responsible for payment. If a business is calling on behalf of the customer, the business will be responsible to pay the tow bill and then collect payment from customer as needed. If payment is not made upon time of drop off, the car will not be handed over until payment is made. NO EXCEPTIONS!
