This Kawasaki came in for spray paint removal down to raw aluminum and a cowl coated in rattle-can blue over factory black. The customer wants the original patina preserved, not erased. The boys are washing cars right here at Frankman Motor Company on Saturday, September 19, from 10 AM to 1 PM. The wash is free-will donation — give what you think it's worth. Hot dog and lemonade combo is $5. Every dollar goes toward tournament fees, travel, and equipment.

It runs straight through lunch, so that's a clean car and a meal for about what a drive-thru costs.

Bring us the dirty one. The truck that has been down every gravel road in Minnehaha County. These kids are not afraid of it.
