A hickory-smoked beef kielbasa served on a toasted pretzel roll brushed with herb-garlic butter, then loaded with house-made bacon jam, house queso, crispy onions, fresh chives, and stone-ground mustard.

Served with your choice of fries, sweet potato fries, or kettle chips. $14

Ask for a couple extra napkins… you’re gonna need ’em.

One of Sioux City’s favorite summer traditions is back! 🎉

The 2026 River-Cade Downtown Parade returns Wednesday, July 29, bringing colorful floats, marching bands, community organizations, and plenty of hometown spirit to Downtown 4th Street.

📅 Wednesday, July 29
⏰ 6:30–8:30 p.m.
📍 Downtown 4th Street (Court Street to Nebraska Street)

After the parade, head over to the Sioux City Public Museum grounds for the FREE Dairy Queen Ice Cream Social and the Children’s Smile Contest Finals.

Bring a lawn chair, find your favorite spot along the route, and enjoy an evening celebrating one of Sioux City’s favorite summer traditions. 🎉

The 2026 River-Cade Downtown Parade returns on Wednesday, July 29, bringing an evening of colorful floats, community spirit, music, local organizations, businesses, and hometown pride to downtown Sioux City.

Now is the time to register your parade entry!

Whether you're a business, nonprofit, school, club, sports team, or community organization, we'd love to have you be part of the celebration.
