Let’s talk about paint correction and paint enhancement.
Over time, paint can lose a lot of its clarity from swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation, water spotting, and general wear. That’s where polishing and paint correction can make a huge difference.
A one-step paint enhancement is a great option if you’re looking to get the paint looking a lot better without chasing every single defect. It can greatly improve gloss, clarity, light swirls, and minor oxidation while still keeping the process fairly simple.
For paint with heavier defects, deeper swirls, or more severe oxidation, a full paint correction uses multiple polishing stages to remove as much damage as safely possible and bring the finish as close to perfect as the paint will allow.
Oxidation is another big one. This happens more often on RVs, boats, and tractors. As paint oxidizes, it can start to look faded, chalky, or dull. In many cases, buffing can remove that damaged surface layer and reveal much deeper color and gloss underneath.
