Chris and the family had gotten plenty of use out of their 2014 RAV4, but it was time for an upgrade! Now they’re ready to make a whole new set of memories in their next RAV4. 🎉

If you could upgrade ONE thing about your current vehicle, what would it be?

Here's a feature you probably don't think about until you really need it:

Blind spot monitoring.

That little warning in the mirror can be incredibly useful when you're changing lanes, especially when traffic is heavy.

It's a small feature, but it's one of those things that can become second nature once you have it.

What's a vehicle feature you didn't think you needed until you had it?

A vehicle can look great on the outside, but you're going to spend most of your time experiencing the inside.

That's one reason I like showing people the details of a Volvo interior.

The seating, storage, cabin layout and technology all contribute to how a vehicle feels during your everyday drive.

And those details can matter just as much on a quick trip to the grocery store as they do on a long highway drive.

Let's talk hybrids.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that you have to plug in every hybrid to charge it.

Traditional Toyota hybrids recharge their batteries through the vehicle's system while driving and braking. You fuel them up like a conventional gas vehicle.

Plug-in hybrids are different because they can also be charged externally.

Knowing the difference can help you figure out which type makes the most sense for your lifestyle.
