We are seeking a Storage Yard / Transport & Redemption Specialist to join our busy repossession team!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

🔹 Inventory, secure, and properly store personal property removed from repossessed vehicles and units while maintaining strict confidentiality and attention to detail.

🔹 Process vehicle and personal property redemptions in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

🔹 Assist customers professionally during the redemption process and maintain accurate documentation.

🔹 Coordinate and perform transportation of repossessed vehicles to auctions, dealerships, storage facilities, and other designated locations.

🔹 Maintain organized records of inventory, releases, transports, and storage yard activities.

🔹 Ensure storage yard security, cleanliness, and organization at all times.

🔹 Work closely with recovery agents, office staff, and management to ensure efficient operations.

🔹 Demonstrate dependability, professionalism, and strong communication skills.

Requirements:

✅ Dependable and punctual
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✅ Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
✅ Professional customer service and communication skills
✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred

We are seeking a dependable and organized Repossession Office Assistant/Secretary to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our office environment.

•Assist with appointment scheduling for repossession redemptions and transports.
•Assist with license plate repossession forms to ensure compliance with timelines for prompt processing post repossession.
•Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support repossession workflow.
•Print repossession orders and use skip trace system to ensure accurate location of units for the drivers to recover daily.
•Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as timesheets, payroll and income tracking sheets to support office management.
•Possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.
•Previous office experience demonstrating familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Must be able to maintain confidentiality AT ALL TIMES!!

It’s been a while since we’ve done a post for you all!

With the snow that we’ve gotten in Western New York over the last couple of days, it’s a small reminder that it doesn’t matter how much has fallen, the roads are still dangerous.

All three drivers of these vehicles were unharmed thankfully! 🙏

We can’t stress the importance of having good 🛞 tires for this area’s terrain, 🛣️ controlling your speed + even slowing your speed down 5-10mph in deteriorating weather can make a huge difference❄️, ensuring you have a full tank of fuel, ⛽️ & a charged cell phone 📱 in case of an emergency. 🚨
