After nearly 10 years with Spectrum, we've officially made the switch to Starlink.

The final straw? We lost business during Spectrum's most recent outages. While our internet was down and customers couldn't complete transactions, we received a sales call trying to upsell us on their "latest and greatest" service. The timing couldn't have been worse.

Car Wash Woes (and Wins).

What I thought would be a quick and simple credit card upgrade turned into quite the project. After hours of research, troubleshooting, and hands-on effort, the upgrade is finally complete. Our car wash now accepts EMV payments — chip, tap, or swipe!

The new system is sleek, a bit complex behind the scenes, but ultimately worth it. We hope it makes your car wash experience faster, easier, and more convenient. Thanks for your continued support!

Update: Wash is operational and working properly. Issue has been resolved.

We’re currently experiencing technical difficulties with our automatic wash pay station due to an internet connectivity issue, which is preventing credit card payments. Despite our best efforts over the past several hours (and days), the issue remains unresolved and is now in the hands of an outside contractor.

In the meantime, the automatic wash will be cash only until service is fully restored.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get things back up and running as quickly as possible.
