One of the greatest compliments our team can receive isn't another appointment.

It's hearing that we made someone's experience a little easier.

Maybe an advisor helped you understand what needed to be done—and what could wait.

Maybe you were dealing with an unexpected repair and our team helped get you back on the road.

Or maybe everything went exactly as it should, and you simply felt like you were treated honestly and with respect.

Whatever your experience has been, we'd love to hear about it.

A Vehicle Is More Than a Vehicle.

To us, it's easy to see a car come through the shop and think about the repair it needs.

But to the person sitting in the driver's seat, it's often much more than that.

It's the vehicle that gets a parent to work.

It's how a grandmother gets to a doctor's appointment.

It's how a teenager gets to school and practice.

It's how a family gets groceries, gets to church, or gets away for the weekend.

It's how someone gets to the job they depend on to provide for their family.

That's why what we do matters.

When someone's vehicle breaks down, the impact can reach far beyond the repair bill. It can affect their job, their family, their plans, and their sense of security.

That's why we believe automotive repair should be about people first.

At Christian Brothers Automotive – Simpsonville, we want to do more than fix vehicles. We want to be the kind of business our community can count on when life doesn't go according to plan.

Sometimes that means fixing a car.

Sometimes it means taking the time to explain what's happening.

Sometimes it means helping someone understand what needs to be done now and what can wait.

And sometimes, it's simply treating someone with a little extra patience and compassion when they're having a difficult day.

We're grateful to be part of a community where people take care of people.

Simpsonville. Mauldin. Fountain Inn.

Thank you for allowing our team to serve you—and for giving us the opportunity to make a difference, one person and one vehicle at a time.

Tell us about someone in our community who has made a difference for you. We'd love to recognize them.

🚗 MONDAY CAR CARE MYTH: “If My Car Is Running Fine, I Don’t Need an Inspection.”

We hear this one all the time.

And honestly, we understand why. If your vehicle starts every morning, drives straight, and isn't making any strange noises, why mess with it?

Here's the problem: Not every vehicle problem gives you a warning.
Your vehicle could have:
🛞 Uneven tire wear you can't see from the driver's seat
🛑 Brake components wearing down before they start making noise
🔋 A battery that's losing its starting power
💧 A small fluid leak
🔧 Suspension components beginning to wear
⚠️ Maintenance items that are approaching their service intervalAn inspection isn't about finding something to sell you.

It's about knowing what you have.

At Christian Brothers Automotive – Simpsonville, we believe you should understand the condition of your vehicle so you can make informed decisions about what to do now, later, or not at all.

Sometimes we'll find something that needs attention.Sometimes we'll tell you everything looks good.
Either way, you get the information.

That's what we mean when we say:Show the Truth. Educate First. Guide, Don't Sell.

🚗 Do You Really Know the Condition of Your Vehicle?

Most of us know when our vehicle needs an oil change.

But what about the things you can't see or feel yet?

Your vehicle can have:

🛞 Tires that are wearing unevenly
🛑 Brake components getting close to the end of their life
🔋 A battery that is losing its ability to start reliably
💧 A small fluid leak
🔧 Suspension components beginning to wear
💡 Lights or safety equipment that aren't working properly

And sometimes, your vehicle won't give you any warning at all.

That's why regular inspections are so important.

At Christian Brothers Automotive – Simpsonville, we believe an inspection shouldn't be about finding things to sell you.

It's about giving you information.

When we inspect your vehicle, our goal is to help you understand:

✅ What's working properly
⚠️ What may need attention soon
🔧 What needs to be addressed now
📅 What you can plan for down the road

That way, you get to make the decision based on your vehicle's needs and your priorities.

No surprises. No guessing. No pressure.

Just honest information about a vehicle your family depends on every day.

If it's been a while since your vehicle has had a thorough inspection, we'd be happy to help.

Recently, after receiving a vehicle to donate, CBA Ocotillo gave their time, talent and expertise to ensure it was safe and reliable on the road. Once it was ready, they began praying about who should receive it. As they sought God’s direction, one organization kept coming to mind: Teen Challenge Home of Hope.

When the team reached out to the home’s director, they discovered one of the ministry’s staff members, Jewells, had been faithfully praying for reliable transportation. A graduate of Home of Hope herself, Jewells chose to remain after completing the program, first serving as an intern before joining the staff. Today, she dedicates her life to serving the women and children who find refuge and healing through the ministry.

The director shared that she and Jewells had been praying specifically for a vehicle and believed God had already promised to provide one. The call from the Ocotillo team was the answer they had been waiting for.

We Remember.

Twenty-five years later, September 11, 2001 remains a day our nation will never forget.

Today, we pause as a team at Christian Brothers Automotive – Simpsonville to remember the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost, the first responders who ran toward danger, the families who were forever changed, and the countless men and women who served and sacrificed in the years that followed.

We remember the courage.

We remember the heroes.

We remember the families who carried unimaginable loss.

And we remember how, in the aftermath, Americans came together to care for one another.

Today isn't about business.

It's simply about taking a moment to remember, honor, and never forget.

Great Teams Don’t Just Work Together. They Take Care of Each Other.

One of the things we're most proud of at Christian Brothers Automotive – Simpsonville isn't something you'll find on a repair order.

It's our team.

Every day, our technicians, advisors, shuttle team, and leadership work together to take care of our guests—and just as importantly, to take care of each other.

A technician helping another technician solve a tough problem.

An advisor stepping in to help when the front office gets busy.

Someone making sure a guest gets where they need to go.

A little laughter in the shop when we need it.

And a group of people who genuinely want to see each other succeed.

Automotive repair is a team sport. You don't build a great customer experience with one person. It takes everyone pulling in the same direction.

We're not perfect. We're human. But we're committed to getting better, working together, and taking care of the people who trust us with their vehicles.

We're proud of the team we've built here.

And we're even more grateful that this community gives us the opportunity to serve you every day.

If you've had a great experience with one of our team members, give them a shout-out in the comments!

We'd love for them to know that their hard work is noticed.
