25 years later, and we still promise to never forget.
Today marks a quarter of a century since September 11, 2001.
A generation has grown up since that day, but our promise to remember remains entirely unchanged.
Today, we honor:
The 2,977 innocent lives lost.
The families who carry their memory forward every day.
The immense bravery of the first responders and everyday heroes who ran toward danger.
Out of the ashes of that day, we saw the true strength of human kindness, unity, and resilience.
Remembrance and honor to that day.
