Customer complaint: Clunk when shifting into gear. 🔧

Found the rear transmission mount had failed and was allowing excessive drivetrain movement. New mount installed, clunk gone, and they’re back on the road!

How I keep it affordable:
I don’t play the big-shop parts markup game. For most non-emergency jobs I special-order quality parts (often from Amazon and other trusted suppliers), which usually takes 1–3 days and saves you money compared to typical shop pricing.

In a hurry?
If you need it fixed today (grinding brakes, unsafe suspension, dead A/C before a trip), I can usually get parts from local suppliers same-day. Those parts cost a bit more, but you get back on the road right away. You choose: cheaper in a couple days or a little more to fix it now.

What you can expect:
• Clear estimates before I turn a wrench
• Photos of what I find and what I replace
• Quality parts I’d use on my own vehicles
• 12-month/12,000-mile labor warranty on most repairs
